Jordan Marcus
Hello, my name is Jordan Marcus. I am 13 years old and live in the Bay Area. My favorite sport is baseball, and my favorite team is the A's, which Andrew Bailey and Craig Breslow were on. For my Bar-Mitzvah, I had the honor of supporting the Strike 3 Foundation. I decided to choose this important organization because it fit all the categories I wanted. Strike 3 Foundation had a connection to baseball, while helping kids who are suffering with cancer. Not only did the Strike 3 Foundation cover all of these aspects but they blew me away by how well they did it! Mr. Breslow was always quick to reply to my emails. Now, even after my Bar-Mitzvah, I have come away with a smile for two main reasons and many more. The two reasons are that I got to have a part in giving kids with cancer a better life, and I have made a new friend with Craig Breslow, who may be the nicest baseball player. Through charity, research and caring, I hope that we can find a cure to cancer in the future. Thanks for this opportunity.
