Children's Hospital & Research Center Oakland Visit

Craig Breslow and Andrew Bailey presented a $25,000 grant to the Children's Hospital & Research Center Oakland on behalf of the Strike 3 Foundation.
The grant will fund two new programs within the hospital's psychology oncology program -- a teen cancer support program and a siblings program, both of which will help with the counseling and therapy sides of cancer treatment.
Craig and Andrew were joined by several of their Oakland Athletics teammates including Trevor Cahill, Brian Fuentes, David DeJesus, Eric Sogard, and Jemile Weeks. The group spent time visiting with young cancer patients and their families.
