Second Annual First Pitch Celebrity Gala, Nov. 7, 2009

On November 7th, 2009, Craig Breslow and The Strike 3 Foundation hosted Second Annual First Pitch Celebrity Gala, benefiting pediatric cancer research.
Held at the Omni Hotel in New Haven, Conn., the gala was a tremendous success. Celebrity guests included Oakland A's players: Nomar Garciaparra, Andrew Bailey, Vin Mazzaro, Jack Cust, and Rajai Davis, Minnesota Twins pitcher Kevin Slowey, and UCONN womens’ basketball assistant coach Chris Dailey. Former Major Leaguer Ben Broussard, Steve Shiffman & The Land Of No, and reggae star Shaggy provided musical entertainment during the evening.
Craig would like to thank everyone who supported the First Pitch Gala. Over $85,000 was raised at the event to help Connecticut pediatric oncology and treatment centers.
